Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shopfolio (the "Service"), operated by Stewart Family Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Shopfolio," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a product or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Shopfolio sells digital downloadable spreadsheet templates for real estate investors. Products are delivered as Excel (.xlsx) or ZIP files via an email link after successful purchase. You receive a signed download URL valid for 48 hours and may re-download up to 5 times during that window.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the downloaded file(s) for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the file(s) in their original or modified form;
• Remove attribution or branding from the file(s);
• Use the file(s) to train machine-learning models or derivative commercial products.

No warranty; no investment advice

Shopfolio products are provided "AS IS" for informational and analytical purposes only. They are tools — not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning recommendations. Real estate investment involves risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Stewart Family Enterprises LLC and its principals disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopfolio's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Shopfolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Shopfolio collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase a product or interact with us.

Information we collect

• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card details. We receive only your email address, billing name (optional), and a transaction ID.
• Email address — required to deliver your download link.
• Delivery metadata — our email provider (Resend) logs delivery status for a limited window (typically 30 days) for deliverability troubleshooting.

We do NOT use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tags, or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To deliver your purchased product(s);
• To respond to support questions you send us;
• To comply with tax reporting and other legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing orders@shopfolio.store. We honor requests within 30 days. Note that Stripe retains transaction records independently per its own retention policies and applicable tax law.

Security

Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Product files are stored on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted in transit via HTTPS, at rest via Cloudflare). Download URLs are signed and expire after 48 hours.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Refund Policy

Shopfolio sells digital goods delivered instantly. Because files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Compatibility with a specific Excel/Sheets/Numbers version you didn't test before buying (our product descriptions list supported versions);
• Dissatisfaction with the analytical output.

We WILL issue a refund for:

• Duplicate charges — if Stripe charges you twice for the same order, email us with both order IDs and we will refund the duplicate within 3 business days.
• Technical delivery failures — if the download link never arrives or the file is corrupted on download, email us within 48 hours. We will re-deliver or, if unable to, refund in full.

Refund requests: email orders@shopfolio.store with your order ID and a brief description. We respond within 24 hours.
